Founded in 1996 and commencing operations in 1998, when we were initially engaged in manufacturing transmission line towers, we have adapted to market demands and diversified into the solar sector with further plans to foray into the wind sector.

We are the largest and a leading manufacturer of solar mounting structures and tracker components in India in terms of installed capacity in Fiscal 2024 and the six months ended September 30, 2024. Our aggregate installed capacity was 567,000 MTPA (including 374,700 MTPA for solar products equivalent to approximately 13.20 GW) and 480,000 pieces as of September 30, 2024 (excluding our galvanizing capacity). We offer a diverse product portfolio which enables us to serve as a one-stop shop for solar structures (fixed-tilt and trackers). We offer structures and fasteners in the solar energy and transmission sectors, and OHTL  hardware fittings and accessories. We were one of the largest exporters of solar products from India to North America in Fiscal 2024. We are also one of the largest players in India in terms of number of product offerings in the solar sector as of September 30, 2024.

We uniquely offer a comprehensive range of products, including module mounting structures, tracker piles & piers, stamped components for tracker systems, torque tubes, tubular towers for wind energy, lattice towers for transmission lines serving global clients, and fasteners for solar and wind applications, along with OHTL hardware fittings and accessories.

Over nearly three decades, we have expanded from a single manufacturing unit to eight state-of-the-art facilities in India and Italy. We further plan to set up new facilities in India for producing tubular towers for wind turbines, solar stamping parts, as well as in Saudi Arabia for solar torque tubes, solar tracker piles and piers and lattice towers for transmission lines.

Our Transmission Line Towers division is equipped to design, manufacture, and supply transmission solutions up to 1200 kV. We have successfully delivered over half a million metric tonnes of transmission line towers, supported by a fabrication capacity of 60,600 MT per annum.

As one of India’s leading manufacturers of solar mounting structures, our solar division provides tailored solutions for tracker systems, ground-mounted installations, sloped roofs, flat roofs, and custom designs. Our manufacturing capabilities include:

• Solar Module Mounting Plant: Cold-formed structures with an annual capacity of 100,500 MT per annum
• Tracker Piles & Piers: Capacity of 180,600 MT per annum fungible with Transmission Line Towers.
• Torque Tubes: Capacity of 93,600 MT per annum.

Our Fasteners division caters to the solar, wind, transmission segment, telecom tower, and other industrial sectors, producing high tensile (HT) and mild steel (MS) fasteners with a capacity of 23,100 MT per annum. Additionally, our Profiles division manufactures a full range of hot-rolled structural steel, reaching an annual production capacity of 168,000 MT per annum.

Our Hardware Fittings & Accessories division, which operates in both India and Italy, specializes in designing, manufacturing, testing, and supplying accessories for systems up to 1200 kV. We offer a diverse portfolio of products, including insulator string fittings, conductor accessories, vibration and spacer dampers, OPGW fittings, substation accessories, and fittings for power distribution lines and railway electrification.
