Karamtara is a backward integrated manufacturer of products for renewable energy and power transmission sectors. We are the largest integrated manufacturer in terms of installed capacity in India for solar mounting structures and tracker components in Fiscal 2026, according to the F&S Report.

Our diverse product portfolio enables us to serve as a one-stop shop for solar structures across both fixed-tilt and tracker applications. Our offerings span solar module mounting structures, solar tracker piles and piers, solar torque tubes, lattice towers for transmission lines, angular and tubular towers for wind turbines, structural steel profiles, fasteners, and OHTL hardware fittings and accessories.

As of March 31, 2026, we operated13 manufacturing facilities across India and Italy, with an aggregate installed capacity of 889,200 MTPA (excluding our galvanizing capacity), including 492,000 MTPA of solar products equivalent to approximately 16.81 GW, along with an installed capacity of 480,000 pieces for OHTL hardware fittings and accessories..

Our backward integration capabilities form a key part of our manufacturing strength. We operate two in-house rolling mill furnaces and in-house galvanizing facilities with an installed capacity of 276,800 MTPA. These in-house facilities provide us with competitive advantages in our manufacturing processes, including supply chain advantages, time efficiency and cost benefits.

From our beginnings in the transmission sector, we have evolved into a diversified energy infrastructure manufacturing company. We launched our solar energy product offerings in Fiscal 2016 and entered the wind energy sector in 2025 with the commencement of production of angular and tubular towers for wind turbines.

Today, our products are supplied to customers across more than 50 countries spanning North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and Latin America. Our customer base includes leading OEMs, EPCs and IPPs, supported by our global delivery capabilities and on-ground international sales presence.
